System Warranty Coverage:

Azonix Corporation Warrants that the equipment sold hereunder will conform to written specifications, drawings, and other descriptions and modifications thereto by Azonix, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. Azonix warrants the goods sold hereunder against defective workmanship or materials. Azonix will as its sole and exclusive liability hereunder repair or replace such goods if they are returned within their respective warranty period.

These warranties are made upon the express condition that:
  1. Azonix is given prompt written notice upon delivery by buyer of such nonconformity, with a detailed explanation of the alleged deficiencies.
  2. Such goods are returned to Azonix at the expense of the buyer; and
  3. Examination of such goods by Azonix discloses that the nonconformity actually exists and was not caused by accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper repair or improper testing.
  4. The goods have not been altered, modified, or changed in any manner by anyone other than Azonix.
  5. Repairs to the goods have not been made by anyone other than Azonix or at an Azonix authorized service facility.
Azonix will have a reasonable time to repair or replace such goods. Azonix will not, in any event, be liable for incidental or consequential damages. These warranties may be modified in the case of particular goods by warranty certificates enclosed with the goods at the time of packaging.

THESE WARRANTIES EXCLUDE ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO TERMS, CONDITIONS, UNDERSTANDINGS OR AGREEMENTS PURPORTING TO MODIFY THE TERMS OF THESE WARRANTIES SHALL HAVE ANY LEGAL EFFECT UNLESS MADE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER OF AZONIX CORPORATION.


Procedure to request Warranty Repair:

Any system requiring Warranty repair must follow the steps below.
 
  1. Contact Technical Support at 1-713-280-3417 for troubleshooting via phone consultation.
  2. If the unit requires Warranty repair, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued for repair. Our automated RMA system can be accessed via our website under Support. To obtain login credentials call 713-280-3561 The following information is required:
    • Unit Model/Serial number
    • Customer name, address, primary contact and telephone number
    • Brief description of problem encountered
  3. Send the unit, with shipping charges PREPAID to:

Azonix will evaluate, repair or replace any warranty defects, and ship back to the customer prepaid. If an out-of-warranty condition exists, Azonix will notify the customer of the repair or replacement cost before proceeding.

Azonix will ship systems via standard carrier for replacement. Any request for shipments overnight will be at customers expense. Azonix will not be liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning system.


Warranty Parts Replacement:

Azonix warranty covers all parts associated with the system for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. Azonix or Azonix Certified (Trained) personnel may only perform replacement of warranty spare parts. Call  1-713-280-3561 for warranty parts replacement.


Two options:

1. Advanced Part Replacement:

After verification of the warranty status for the defective part, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. The following information is required:
 
  • Part number and description of the defective part(s).
  • Unit Model/Serial number
  • Customer name, address, primary contact and telephone number
  • Brief description of problem encountered
  • A purchase order number against which Azonix will invoice for the replacement part
No shipment will be made until a purchase order is received by Azonix.

Credit will be issued against the purchase order once the part that is being replaced is received by Azonix and verified as defective.

The defective part should be shipped PREPAID to:

The defective part must be received within 45 days for full credit. If the part is returned after 45 days (from the date the replacement part was received), NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

Azonix will ship warranty replacement parts via standard carrier for replacement. Any request for shipments overnight will be at customers expense. Azonix will not accept any charges for work performed by the customer in replacing spare parts. Azonix will not be liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning spare part.


2. Customers not requiring advanced parts replacement:

After verification of the warranty status for the defective part, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. The following information is required:
 
  • Part number and description of the defective part(s).
  • Unit Model/Serial number
  • Customer name, address, primary contact and telephone number
  • Brief description of problem encountered
Upon receipt of the defective part, a replacement part will be shipped to the customer.

The defective part should be shipped PREPAID to:
