Colonel Mary Fuller US Army (Retired)
Colonel Mary Fuller, US Army (Retired) is President of Mary Fuller & Associates, a Business Development/Marketing consulting firm. She is a Senior Acquisition Executive, with extensive experience in Program Management, Information Technology, Business Development/Marketing and Leadership. Mary was a career military officer before starting her company in 2006. She received a Direct Commission in the U.S. Army and spent the first half of her career in the Signal Corps where she became an expert in communications and Information Technology. In 1990 she was selected for the first year group of Army Acquisition Officers assigned to the Army Acquisition Corps. As a skilled Program Manager and Acquisition Expert she played a critical part in Army transformation efforts.
Her Army career culminated as the Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition Logistics and Technology. Prior to that assignment, she held a wide variety of positions to include Director of the Army Acquisition Support Center, the Product Manager for the Army’s Small Computer Program (ASCP) and the Project Manager of the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS). Before entering the Army she held positions in sales, marketing, education, radio, television and swim and ski coach.
She holds a BS degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and a MA degree from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.
She resides in Clifton, Virginia and is married to Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired), Gerald F. Monin.
