Major General David Richard Gust

Major General David Richard Gust has served on the staff of the US Army's Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) as well as a Project Manager for Electronic Warfare. He has served as a Program Executive Officer for Communication Systems which managed ten project management offices.
In 1999 he was Deputy Chief of Staff for Research, Development and Acquisition for Army Materiel Command. In this position, he had oversight for $6 billion worth of research, development and acquisition programs.
From 2000 to 2004 General Gust was President and CEO of Technical and Management Services Company which provided integrated communications systems using satellite connectivity.
In November of 2004 General Gust became Federal Communications Manager at Bechtel National to support the Federal Government's Information Technology procurements. Here he was able to win a prime contract award from the US Army for the Installation Modernization program. A second subcontract award was received from Booz Allen for the US Army's Strategic Services Sourcing contract.
More recently General Gust has been President of USfalcon, A Small Business 8(a), SDVO, a privately owned company working in the defense sector, primarily in Information technology. The company specializes in IT Services and bidding ID/IQ Task Order contracts.
