ProPanel® PD2500 (IST) – LAST TIME BUY ANNOUNCEMENT

This letter is to inform you that we are discontinuing the manufacturing of ProPanel PD2500 from our product offering. Due to rapid changes in technology and the adoption of the new ProPanel TC2500, the demand for the ProPanel PD2500 has been steadily decreasing, forcing the cost of parts and production to increase. In addition, finding suitable parts from reputable suppliers has become increasingly problematic and risk adverse. This is not a good recipe for bringing our customers the high quality products and services that you have come to expect from Azonix.

As a result, Azonix will allow a last-time buy on the ProPanel PD2500 based on the guidelines below:

Azonix Global Account Managers will be contacting you to determine interest in making a last-time buy. This will be done by February 10^th. 2007.
Based on interest and volume, the Global Account Managers will issue a quote good until 28^th February based on your requirement.
Orders need to be received by 28^th February 2007.
Orders will be produced by Azonix and shipped by the end of 30^thSeptember 2007.
Azonix will warrant your product up to one year after the manufacturing date but no later than 30^thSeptember 2008.
Orders will be taken on a first come, first serve basis, and based on product availability. There is no guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all of your requirements but we will do our best based on parts availability.
